Many institutions are finding that the dissertations and master’s theses in their collections are in poor condition or difficult to access. As the Library of Congress’ official offsite repository for digital dissertations and theses in digital format, we’ve developed a comprehensive program that helps libraries archive (and provide easy access to) dissertations and theses, whether print.
Early European Books Collections are now available on ProQuest and the legacy Chadwyck platform for these collections will be shut down on December 31, 2018. To maintain accurate and current metadata, the legacy Chadwyck Early European Books collections 1-6 will be removed as part of Primo Central January release, scheduled to January 9th, 2019.
